AT-BPC-2.jpgWe all love to have that bright, wide-eye look, and curling the lashes can really help achieve this. Lashes that have been curled open up the eyes, even out stubborn lashes, and short, puny lashes take on thickness and appear longer. While lash curlers can give us the ultimate, glammed-up look, they can sometime cause breakage or create a dent that looks unnatural.

Thankfully, we’ve discovered the Skinn Professional No Damage Lash Curler that bends lashes for an all day lash lift without kinking them or causing damage. Plus, the soft silicone strip is laced with protein, so it helps reinforce lashes at the stress point for less breakage! The spring-loaded style gives us better control while curling, and the silicone pad ensures just the right amount of pressure, with no pinching or crimping. We think we’re in lash curling heaven…

heidi klum victoria's secret party2.jpgEarlier this month, Heidi Klum showed up at the Victoria’s Secret Lexington Avenue Flagship Store Opening Party not only with a new haircut (we love it!), but with stunning, defined eyes and bold lipcolor.

To create Heidi’s thick-lash look, celebrity makeup artist Linda Hay used as many short individual lashes as possible on both the top and bottom lashlines. “I then applied a very fine line of Victoria’s Secret Glitter Eyeliner in Licorice and liberal quantities of High Definition mascara from Victoria’s Secret.”

Hay calls the combination of a strong, defined brow, individual lashes and berry stain on the lips “super striking” on Heidi. We think this look is a perfect balance of naughty and nice, not to mention it makes her look amazing!

jurlique biodynamic refining treatment.jpgWe fell in love with Jurlique’s Biodynamic Beauty Refining Treatment a few months back, and can honestly say our skin has thanked us for it (well not literally, but you know what we mean). It has reduced the appearance of pores, smoothed out rough skin texture, and lessened the amount of discoloration we have,  revealing only healthy, luminous skin.

This expert complexion solution uses extracts of Willow Bark to help renew skin, while Apricot Kernel and a hand-harvested biodynamic blend, straight from Jurlique’s farms, gently slough away dull skin.
