The L’Oreal HiP line of products are all very highly pigmented, rich colors (HIP does stand for high intensity pigments, after all), but the Jelly Balms are the opposite. They give a pretty sheer wash of color while adding fabulous moisture to a very delicate, easily dried out area of the face: the lips!We all love a good lip conditioner, so one that also gives our lips a hint of color is a major plus. There’s no need for a mirror with these either, and with our on-the-go lifestyles, we couldn’t ask for anything more.
