5-Best-Skincare-Products.jpgWe’ll come right out and say it—we’re obsessed with skincare. Facials, peels, moisturizers, serums … we can’t get enough of the whole shebang. But there are five products that really stand out in the crowd and give you totally flawless skin. We’re letting you in on the secret.

vanessa-hudgens-09282011.jpgThis past summer Vanessa Hudgens debuted a pixie cut that has now grown into the perfect fall California bob. It’s a “California bob” because it has a beachy, piecey look to it, yet it’s dark and thick and perfectly styled for the fall. The trick to piecey, short hairstyles like this is to have thicker hair, and to retire your combs and brushes. Use a texturizing cream or pomade and lightly tousle hair with your fingers to separate strands. Don’t get too messy with it, but keep in mind that this look is not about being polished.

JoJo-Young-Hollywood-Party.jpgWe’ve long been fans of JoJo. The girl’s got a powerhouse voice, is super smart and is gorgeous to boot. And at the 9th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party last week, she looked absolutely stunning!

We’re really into her super-shiny hair and her glossy red lips. She’s got total Pantene hair here, doesn’t she? Get the look yourself with Pantene Pro-V Medium-Thick Hair Style Heat Protection and Shine Spray ($5.99 at, which both protects your tresses and makes it unbelievably shiny.

And as if JoJo’s glossy locks weren’t enough, she has a super glossy pout to boot! The tomato red color looks so stunning on her and is bold without feeling over the top.

What a win, JoJo! We can’t wait to see what else you do on the red carpet.
essie-matte-about-you.jpgI’m a sucker for great nail colors, but sometimes that perfect shade needs a little tweak. I’m notorious for layering colors to create my own and then I found Essie’s Matte About You. This brilliant top coat takes any nail color you’ve got and transforms it to a smooth matte finish without thinning color. I have a shiny metallic silver nail polish (Essie’s Steel-ing the Scene) that I love to put this over to remove the shine and make a wonderful flat grey.

You can find Essie’s Matte About You Topcoat at for $8.

Carol's-Daughter-Sweet-Honey-Dip-Scrub.jpgWe are fairly obsessed with body scrubs. Really, at any given time we have a wide range of salt and sugar scrubs lining our tub and crowding our shower caddy. But, no matter how many we try, our favorite continues to be Carol’s Daughter Sweet Honey Dip Chocolate Brown Sugah Scrub.

As the name may suggest, this scrub is sweet beyond belief. It smells exactly like chocolate, which is both intensely satisfying and makes us want to lick the tub clean every time it’s opened!

This scrub is formulated with real brown sugar, which not only smells delicious but exfoliates dead skin cells and cleanses pores. Evening primrose and olive oils rejuvenate and hydrate the skin.

In short? Your skin will feel amazing, look amazing and SMELL amazing. There’s no other scrub like it!

Carol’s Daughter Sweet Honey Dip Chocolate Brown Sugah Scrub retails for $34 at
