I have the worst chapped lips, and I'm not sure why. I'm always, always, always and forever putting on lip balm so I'm not sure why this happens. Winter, spring, summer, fall--there's no respite. Chapped lips always and forever. One of the few things that helps me is Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. One swipe and it's like magic; my lips are smooth, soft, moisturized and conditioned. So I was really excited to see that there's also Sugar Plum Tinted Lip Treatment, which delivers all the moisturizing benefits, but reminds me of Clinique Black Honey (hi, old friend!). There's also Sugar Rose Tinted Lip Treatment, which has a pretty rose tint! Find your favorite now at Sephora--available for $22.50 each.
Now normally, I'm not a sheer-pink-lip kind of gal, but these colors are so pretty and literally work with everything in my bag. Though these are both plumping glosses, I don't notice a difference in the volume of my lips. I just love both shades so much that I just pretend to.
I use the Celeste under other lipsticks and with other glosses or on its own, and the Lip Fusion looks so pretty with a bit of a darker eye, and is perfect for punching up any other color.
Both are available at Sephora. Here are a couple SPF-infused ideas:

Hourglass Cosmetics' new Prodigy Lip Gloss has garnered quite a bit of press lately, we had to try it for our selves and see what all the fuss was about. Its streamlined packaging puts it five steps ahead of your everyday lip gloss -- anything that slides seamless into our back pocket is a winner with us! -- but its moisturizing and non-tacky characteristics make it even more appealing. It really lives up to it's ultra-hydrating selling point and it's not sticky at all like many glosses tend to be. The color fades and we wished it lasted a bit longer, but that wouldn't discourage us from buying another bottle -- it's THAT chic. We're fans of 'Surreal' and 'Eden'. Sephora, $26
The formula is lightweight so it feels like a dream on our lips, while still allowing for big color payoff. It's also surprisingly long wearing (lasted us an entire day running around during Fashion Week!), which means less time re-applying and more time looking fab.
Our only gripe is that we wish it were a bit easier to get product on the wand....but only because we love it so much and want tons of it on our lips!
Lip Lacquer is available in Sheer, Cream, Sparkling, and Pearl Glow formulas in a wide range of shades, each equally as covet-worthy. Try Pearl Glow in Sunkiss, a peachy rose new for Spring, and our current fave.

Beauty addicts rejoice: CHANEL'S new Rouge Coco Hydrating Lip Colours inspired by the legendary 'Coco' Chanel have arrived! After taming our excitement, we ran into trouble deciding on a shade. We narrowed it down to Camelia (a deep rose), Legende (reddish-brown), and Paris (a sexy deep red), but finally ended with Paris. As was expected, the color glides on like a silk nightie and left our lips soft and luscious. 'Coco' would be proud.
CHANEL Rouge Coco Hydrating Creme Lip Colour is available online at Neiman Marcus. $30
We'd be lying if we said we weren't initially drawn towards Dior's Crème de Rose Lip Balm's chic exterior. We realize that may sound superficial...but look at it! To our delight, packed neatly inside a lovely vintage-inspired container is a just-as-impressive rose-scented balm with essential oils, shea butter and SPF 10 (gotta protect that pout!). The rose scent isn't overbearing and it works incredibly well on chapped lips. It's thick but not too sticky, the perfect combo. This is a handbag must have, especially during fashion week. $25, Sephora
