maybelline-megaplush-mascara.jpg
I have always found that lengthening mascara formulas worked better for my thin, barely-there lashes … that is until I tried out Maybelline’s Volum’ Express The Mega Plush. There are so many things I adore about this mascara that I don’t know quite where to begin. The formula is so light and airy, Maybelline calls it a gel-mousse, I call it perfect — it glides right on to my lashes and doesn’t clump along the way. The wand has a flexor tip that gives just a little to let the brush adequately get to every lash. And the end result is killer lashes that never quit, it’s so good in fact that sometimes I wear just the mascara nothing else (on my face, of course!). Oh and the clincher is that it’s not impossible to get off at the end of the day!

You can get Maybelline Volum’ Express The Mega Plush for $7.99 at drugstore.com.

The Goody Finish Gel Cushion Brush is part of the Goody Start. Style. Finish. line of hair brushes. And it’s probably my favorite of the entire collection. Its bristles are both ionic to help minimize frizz and made of tourmaline to prevent static, and it also has a great, comfy gel cushion handle that makes holding it so effortless. This is my favorite brush for after I’ve blown my hair dry and just curled the ends under, as it smooths my fly-aways and locks in the shine and style.

Dove-Summer-Care.jpg
In the winter my skin needs the thicker, creamier kind of body wishes that feel like they seep into skin and leave you moisturized. But in the summer all that feels like too much. That’s why Dove created their Summer Care Nourishing Body Wash, it’s a lightweight formula that packs the same moisturizing punch but without feeling heavy on skin. It’s the perfect way to get clean this summer.

Buy Dove Summer Care Nourishing Body Wash for $7 at most local drugstores and grocery stores.
sonia-kashuk-eye-definer.jpg
Wandering Target is always a dangerous proposition for me, as I never leave with just the thing(s) I went in for. One wandering day I found the Sonia Kashuk Eye Definer. And what a great purchase it was. It creates the perfect line every time, as thin or as thick as you desire. It can take me from daytime classic to evening smokey with just a couple swipes and best of all it doesn’t smudge; even after a killer workout my makeup is entirely intact. And you can’t beat the price!

You can buy Sonia Kashuk Eye Definer for $6 at target.com.
Gillette-Venus-And-Olay-Razor.jpgWe’re always on the lookout for the next best thing in razors. Even while we’re getting the closest shave imaginable with our current razor, we’re wondering if there’s something better out there. And, with the introduction of the Gillette Venus and Olay Razor to the market, there most certainly is.

The signature 5 blades of Gillette Venus razors combine with Olay moisture bars to give you the softest, smoothest shave imaginable. No shaving cream necessary with this baby—it moistens and conditions the skin while you’re shaving so there are no nicks or drags.

Plus, when you buy the razor, it comes with one cartridge that lasts for at least 6 shaves (though we’ve found we can make it last past 10). It even comes with a shower hook so you can conveniently store it in your shower—though we’ve found that usually the suction cups with these don’t tend to stick too well once the shower wall gets wet.

The Gillette Venus and Olay Razor retails for $8.99 at pgestore.com.
