Blondes may have more fun, but recently, the red carpet is teeming with celebs trying out crazy hair colors. Think blue, grey, purple … the kookier the better!

Kelly-Osbourne-Snooki-Crazy-Hair-Color.jpgOn the (we suppose) more normal side, we have Kelly Osbourne and Snooki. Kelly’s recently been sporting grey locks with a purplish pink tinge. And while her updo at the Golden Globes was pretty severe, especially for this color, we do actually like it when she wears her hair down. Snooki, on the other hand, recently debuted Kool Aid red stripes among her raven tresses, which definitely remind us of Rihanna’s love affair with red.

Selena-Gomez-Katy-Perry-Crazy-Hair-Color.jpgCrazier colors come from Disney star Selena Gomez and, what comes as no surprise here, Katy Perry. Selena went the safer route with purple extensions from the Nine Zero One salon in West Hollywood, which she tweeted about over the weekend. And after her recent breakup with Russell Brand, Katy, who’s obviously no stranger to kooky hair colors, went for a bright royal blue bob.

What do you think of the kooky hair color trend? We think it’s great to have a little fun—but, so you don’t damage your hair or so you’re not left with a color you hate, try extensions or washout hair color!

reese-witherspoon-hair-golden-globes-0182012.jpgOften at red carpet events you see a lot of fancy, swept up, twists and buns. So I was super surprised to see Reese Witherspoon’s hair down and flowing loose at the Golden Globes the other night. And leave it to Los Angeles to remind us that Spring and Summer are creeping up on us and soon we’ll all want tousled, wavy locks.

Frederic Fekkai stylist Adir Abergel was the mastermind behind the stunning ‘do. Adir started by using Fekkai COIFF™ Océanique Tousled Wave Spray throughout Reese’s dry hair. He then used a small amount of Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Cream, applying it to the ends of her hair to create a moisturizing seal. Next he used a medium round brush and blow-dried the hair to create volume. Using slight tension to create loose waves, he then wrapped the hair around a one inch curling iron. This process was repeated step by step around her entire head. Lastly, Adir took the hair at the crown of the head, and pulled it back for a Bardo-style bump. He finished the look with Fekkai COIFF™ Sheer Hold Hairspray for hold and Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Sheer Shine Mist for shine.
NARS-Baby-Doll-Lip-Lacquer.jpgLooking for a pink lip color that’s equally as great on its own as it is layered over other glosses and lipsticks? Then look no further than NARS Baby Doll Lip Lacquer.

This little tub is filled to the brim with creamy pink goodness. We love that it applies smoothly and easily without any stickiness or goopiness.

And the color itself? It just looks fantastic on every skin tone. We love wearing it by itself or over a darker pink lipstick, but you could layer it over anything.

I’ve already professed my preference for a certain men’s razor (read why I use the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Shaving Razor, here), but when it comes to my shaving cream, I stick with the feminine variety. I’ve used so many shaving gels and creams over the years that I had lost track and gotten bored, and then I found eos Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream. First of all, the plastic packaging means I won’t have any more rusted can marks in my shower (and yes it’s recyclable). Second, it comes in a great Vanilla Bliss scent, as well as several others. Third, and probably most important, its thin lotion-like consistency actually allows for better control with my razor and yet my shave has never produced smoother skin.

You can find eos Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream for $3.49 at
ME-Bath-Chocoholic-Shower-Sherbet.jpgOnce in awhile, we come across a product that smells so good, we really wish we could eat it. But in the case of ME! Bath Choco-holic Shower Sherbet, it’s seriously difficult for us not to scarf it down.

This body scrub seriously smells exactly like chocolate. EXACTLY. If it smelled any more like chocolate, it would replace Hershey’s Kisses as our favorite chocolate snack. Except, then, we think we might not feel too good.

All that aside, this scrub not only smells delicious but comes in the cutest oversized tub. Add to that the fact that a dime-sized amount makes our skin look and feel flawless and we’re smitten.
