Though the advertisement is not set to be released until January 2011 with CoverGirl’s new NatureLuxe line, we were given a sneak peak at the fresh line’s new flawless campaign featuring having-the-best-year-ever-starlet, Taylor Swift.

NatureLuxe, CoverGirl’s up-coming upscale sister line, was created as a nod to the affluent, environmentally and naturally-focused customer. Honestly, we think the delicate and lady-like Swift is a perfect fit! She looks - and yes, we’re about to get super cliche - easy, breezy and beautiful. (Duh!)

“I’m really excited for people to discover the new NatureLuxe line from COVERGIRL! The Silk Foundation and Gloss Balm are really light and fresh, they feel amazing on my skin,” she says in a release.

The two new products being released under the NatureLuxe line are formulated without fillers and chemicals, but rather with ingredients like jojoba oil, cucumber water, rosehip extract, mango and shea butter.

We bid cheers to Taylor, and are excited for this new line! (Don’t worry, as always, well provide a full report.)

Zoya-Remove-Plus-Nail-Polish-Remover.jpgThere are a lot of nail polish removers on the market — and, truth be told, we’ve tried them all. But one is a cut above the rest, and its name is Zoya Remove+.

It would be fickle of us to say our favorite attribute of this remover is the fact that it’s purple. But, since it’s our favorite color, we’re sticking by it! Luckily, this remover delivers ten-fold.

For starters, the bottle design is ingenious. Not only is it huge (a whopping 8 ounces!), but it’s crafted with a unique twist-around flipper cap with push-down technology, ensuring no more polish remover comes out than you actually need. We feel like we’re in a nail salon every time we press a cotton ball to the top!

Add to the purple factor and the bottle design that this remover is amazing — three pumps on one cotton ball is enough for all 10 nails, and it’s not stripping or drying — and voila! Our favorite nail polish remover of all time has been born.

Zoya Remove+ retails for $9.99 at zoya.com.

When Benefit Cosmetics first released their new blush CORALista, we received a sample, as well as a little bottle of Posietint. We had previously owned Benefit’s Moon Beam, but weren’t head-over-heels for it necessarily, so we weren’t terribly excited about our new goodies.

Boy, were we in for a delight! Ever since that first sample, we’ve been a repeat customer. Normally, blushes come off either too orange, or too light, or too matte for our tastes - not the case here! We can’t even begin to imagine our makeup routine without these two products. Benefit’s Posietint and CORALista are our go-tos. Never have we had so many compliments on our glow and makeup since we made these two part of our regimen.

CORALista is a vibrant, but not clownish, pink rouge with a slight shimmer and a very subtle sweet scent. Posietint is a “poppy-pink” lip and cheek stain. We don’t really like it so much for our lips, but it’s a must-have for the apples of our cheeks. The integrated brush makes application super easy.

For perfect, glowing carnation-pink cheeks (which, in our opinion, are a must have for looking gorgeous in those holiday photos), we applied 3-4 dots of the Posietint in a line on each of our cheeks and rubbed it in with our fingertips. We finish that up with a few sweeps of the CORALista blush (though we sometimes apply it in backwards order to wonderful results, as well.) Caution: these may be addicting! $28 each, benefitcosmetics.com
Physicians-Formula-Organic-Wear-Eye-Makeup-Remover-Pads.jpgIf you’re like us, the thought of removing heavy eye makeup at the end of a long day (or an even longer night) is exhausting. And while we know we shouldn’t, there are days we go to sleep with our makeup on. (We’re sorry, makeup artists who might be reading this!) Well, gone are those days, thanks to Physicians Formula Organic Wear Eye Makeup Remover Pads.

These makeup remover towelettes make removing eye makeup so easy, we honestly can’t even think of not using them on a daily basis. One remover-soaked towelette is enough to remove even the heaviest, smokiest eye makeup (and we tested that this past weekend, to great results!).

We were worried the pads might be soaked in remover that left behind a greasy residue. Well, color us shocked — they are exactly the opposite! Some eye makeup removers are so grease-filled, we actually need to use a cleanser and tissues afterward … but not these. They’re also infused with organic cucumber extract to soothe the delicate skin around the eyes.

A unique blend of properties, called Eco-Aroma Therapy, is what really makes these makeup remover pads a sure standout. OrganiSoy moisturizes and nourishes lashes, Eco-Olive shields lashes from harsh environmental aggressors, Organic Orange Water nourishes and restores skin’s moisture levels, and — our personal favorite — Organic Lavender Essential Oil gives off a delightful aroma that makes us feel as though we just walked into a spa. Perfect after a hectic day at the office!

Physicians Formula Organic Wear Eye Makeup Remover Pads are $6.95 for 60 pads at physiciansformula.com.
