EOS-Hand-And-Body-Lotions.jpgLotion is a subjective thing. One person might like it, while another thinks it’s too greasy or watery. But we’re fairly certain everyone can agree on the brand-new range of eos Hand and Body Lotions.

The three moisturizers in this range make even the roughest, toughest skin so soft and smooth in an instant — and, thankfully, they sink into skin without leaving behind any greasy residue. (Perfect when you have to go right to your computer keyboard after rubbing it into your skin.)

Choose from the following three hand and body lotions, each formulated to leave skin touchably soft:

Boost Complete Care
Nourish Revitalizing Care
Refresh Active Care

In addition, each of the three lotions contains natural antioxidants and both Vitamins C and E, so your skin is so revitalized and nourished, you simply wont believe it. They’re also enriched with moisturizing shea butter and oat extract to protect skin from cold, wind and stress.

target-beauty-image-right.jpgLast week we confessed our love for Target’s beauty department, in particular, its indie beauty brands like Sonia Kashuk, Jemma Kidd, Petra Strand (Pixi) and Napoleon Perdis. We also told you about our little shopping spree where we picked up some beauty must-haves to test out.

After posting our reviews of the products, we attended a gathering at New York’s posh London Hotel hosted by’s beauty editor, India Jewel-Jackson. It was a fun little gathering complete with champagne, nibbles, and of course, beauty chats. We shared our Target scores with each other and shot a beauty confession video demonstrating our favorite Target products and tips on how to use them. Stay tuned for the debut of our video in just a few days!

facecream_smh.jpgWhen asked to choose a sample at Sephora recently, I selected Korres’ Quercetin & Oak Antiwrinkle Night Cream.

Who wouldn’t want a night cream that promises you’ll have “firmer, more elastic skin after just one application of this intensively nourishing and hydrating essential.”

And guess what, it worked. For me, at least.

I applied, as directed, at night to my face and neck, specifically underneath and around my eyes. The next morning my skin felt hydrated and, dare I say it, smoother. Looks like I’ll actually have to purchase the stuff as this 0.34 fl oz tube won’t last long. Fair warning: it smells like Play Doh. But if you’re like me and have fond memories of Play Doh as a kid, you won’t really mind it.

The-Body-Shop-Lip-Scruff.jpgWant to soften and smooth those chapped lips? Then you’d better slick on The Body Shop Lip Scruff.

The unassuming little tube is filled with a speckled green treatment that, once swept across the pout, immediately conditions and smooths even the roughest of lips. It moisturizes as well as any lip balm, while the exfoliating particles really bring an extra layer of softness.

We love putting this on before bed, usually under a lip balm or shea butter product for extra conditioning. And, lo and behold, it’s still on our lips eight hours later when we wake up!

And an added bonus? It tastes and smells amazingly minty — such a fresh end to the day.

The Body Shop Lip Scruff retails for $12 at
