isla-fisher.jpgLooking for inspiration for a fun, yet classic look to wear for your next night out? We always love Isla Fisher’s look, and were especially captivated when she attended the L.A. premiere of ‘Bruno’— we had to get the scoop on the Shopaholic star’s flirty, retro look.

Makeup artist Mai Quynh wanted Isla’s the makeup to complement her ’60s-inspired Stella McCartney dress and bold accessories. To do so, she went heavy on the eye and left the rest of the face soft and glowing.

“For Isla’s eyes, I started by using mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eyeshadow in Corset, a rich charcoal color ($4.50, avon.com), applying it with an eyeliner brush,” says Mai. She then smudged the same color along Isla’s top and bottom lash lines, following it with mark Get in Line Hook Up Liquid Waterproof Eyeliner ($5.50, avon.com) along the upper lash line. She finished this with two coats of black mascara.

For the face, Mai used bronzing powder on the cheeks, forehead and chin; face shimmer above the cheekbones; and pink powder blush to the apples of her cheeks. mark Pro Gloss Hook Up Plumping Lip Shine in Swell, a sheer peach shade ($5.50, avon.com), finished the look.
