Ted Gibson Daily Cleanse Shampoo manages to dissolve and wash away dirt, build-up, excess oil and pollutants with a blend of five cleansers, while ingredients like silk proteins and biobotanical extracts work to make our hair healthy and full of shine.

Following this with Ted’s Daily Nourish Conditioner, formulated with 9 different conditioning agents to strengthen and increase elasticity in our hair, we get an amazing amount of balanced moisture, leaving our tresses manageable and feeling soft. These also smell divine (just thinking about it puts us in a good mood), making our hair washing ritual that much more enjoyable.

ahava anti-aging moisturizing spray spf 15.jpg

If you don’t wear sunscreen every day on your body because of its sticky or greasy texture, we recommend that you try Ahava Sun Protection Anti-Aging Moisturizing Spray SPF 15. This sunscreen, enriched with Ahava’s own blend of Dead Sea minerals that reduce sun damage, feels light and milky smooth when applied, and absorbs without leaving an oily residue. Now you have no excuses for not protecting your skin. $22, ahavaus.com

Question: I love your website, and so thought you might be able to help me with this beauty dilema. I use Stila’s Blush Pans ($18, sephora.com) and love them. But I am down to the end of a pan and the circle of powder cracked. So my question is, how can I save and use these last bits? It is too much to want to throw out, but it is now in tiny pieces so very awkward to use.

Answer: It can be frustrating when your compact or pans of makeup break. Thankfully, there is a way to salvage the last of any pressed makeup, icluding blush. Purchase a container for loose powder, like the one pictured (Powder Jar with Sifter, $4, sephora.com) at your local beauty supply. Remove the sifter lid and put the broken bits of blush into the jar. Crush any larger particles so it all becomes a loose powder. Replace the sifter lid, and now you can use your blush in a loose form— that will still travel well— until it runs out. Hope this helps!
