Kerastase-Masquintense.jpgI have what might be considered unruly, unmanageable hair. Really, it’s bordering on the ridiculous. Luckily, no one has to see it in its natural state, thanks to Kerastase Masquintense for Thick Hair.

Used once a week, this mask completely transforms even the most difficult hair into lush, beautiful gorgeousness. I apply a quarter-sized amount to hair after shampooing and leave on for 5-10 minutes (the perfect time to do a body scrub, right?) and let the mask work is magic.

Kerastase’s patented DOSAGE GLUCO-ACTIVE 3 technology combines proteins, lipids and glucose. What does this mean for your hair? Well, that it’s nourished, moisturized and ends up looking completely gorgeous, of course! I honestly can’t believe the difference in my tresses after using this mask.

Kerastase Masquintense for Thick Hair retails for $60 at
Carrie-Underwood-New-Bangs.jpgAt the iHeartRadio Music Festival a couple weeks ago, there was a major shocker on the red carpet—Carrie Underwood debuted new bangs! She’s been rocking the same hairstyle for over three years, so this is a major change in the hair world.

We’re loving the fringe and the fact that it’s in between wispy and blunt. It also makes her signature makeup—smoky eyes, pink cheeks, nude glossy lips—look so much more rocker cool than before. (The glittery chain getup she had on probably didn’t hurt.)

What do you think of Carrie’s bangs transformation?

tarte-ten-natural-cheek-stain.jpgI’ve been a fan of Tarte Cosmetics, and their now infamous cheek stain, since they were just starting out. To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, Tarte Cosmetics has launched a limited edition cheek stain in a shimmering bright pink shade that made me smile at first sight. The best part about the cheek stains is how easily they go on, I dot mine along my cheeks and then use my fingers to lightly blend in. I never look cakey or powdery, as they are gel-like and leave your skin glowing and looking fresh. If bright shimmery pink isn’t your cheek color of choice, they have 10 other shades to choose from, ranging from a plummy rose to a golden apricot.

Tarte’s limited edition TEN natural cheek stain is available for $30 at
