We love that when the holidays are upon us, celebs decide to rock bolder lip colors than normal. Gone are the glossy nudes of months past … in their place are bright pink and ravishing reds that can’t help but garner attention.

Both Ashley Benson and Melissa Rycroft rocked bright pouts as of late. Melissa’s was a super cherry red (get the look with M.A.C Russian Red, $14.50 at maccosmetics.com). There is no better special effect than the celebrity who steps out on the red carpet in what seems to be almost no makeup. Charlize Theron wandered the red carpet in support of her new movie Young Adult, with what looked like a natural face. Her beautifully separated eyelashes were only outdone by her pretty, sheer pink lip color.

GIllette’s tagline has been “the best a man can get” for years, but I’ve caught on to their game. This woman is stepping up and demanding the best. After a girlfriend’s husband raved about how great his Gillette Fusion ProGlide Shaving Razor was, I had to try one out for myself.
