We love that when the holidays are upon us, celebs decide to rock bolder lip colors than normal. Gone are the glossy nudes of months past … in their place are bright pink and ravishing reds that can’t help but garner attention. Both Ashley Benson and Melissa Rycroft rocked bright pouts as of late. Melissa’s was a super cherry red (get the look with M.A.C Russian Red, $14.50 at maccosmetics.com). Ashley’s was a bit on the pinker side—if you’re afraid of going too red, try NARS Semi Matte Lipstick in Funny Face ($24 at narscosmetics.com).
Whatever look you decide on, just remember—holiday beauty is all about having fun!

If you’re like us, you love the scent of an Aveda salon. There’s just something that’s at once so invigorating and calming about the brand’s signature scent. So is it any wonder that we’re obsessed with Aveda Rosemary Mint Hand and Body Wash? We think not.
GIllette’s tagline has been “the best a man can get” for years, but I’ve caught on to their game. This woman is stepping up and demanding the best. After a girlfriend’s husband raved about how great his Gillette Fusion ProGlide Shaving Razor was, I had to try one out for myself. I’ll admit it, I missed some of the girly nuances of the packages of women’s razors. But when I held the Fusion ProGlide Razor in my hand it felt good. It was hard and solid, not like my plastic Venus Razor and it moved effortlessly against my legs and took all that unwanted hair with it. I did notice one thing immediately, this baby will nick you if you’re not careful. Thanks to moisturizing cushions and all those other grand ideas in women’s razors I had gotten spoiled with the no-nick factor. But that nick was worth it, my legs were smooooooooth! I may never go back to a girly razor again, I am woman hear me roar!
