The-Body-Shop-Almond-Hand-&-Nail-Cream.jpgWinter is pretty unkind to our hands. Even when we slather them in hand cream and wear gloves as soon as temperatures drop below 60 degrees, our skin becomes dry and ravaged in a matter of days. So when The Body Shop Almond Hand & Nail Cream came into our lives, we were definitely excited to try it out and see if it would help in the slightest.

Well, help it did! The super lush and whipped cream not only smells amazing, but makes our hands feel amazing in seconds. It even conditions our nails, which means no more ragged cuticles!

The sweet almond oil really makes the cream smell delicious. But, aside from smelling so good we want to eat it, this ingredient is what makes the cream work so well! It moisturizes and soothes our skin even when it’s cracked and parched.

Thank goodness this little hand tube came into our lives this winter. It’s been a lifesaver!

After a great afternoon workout, or just in the middle of a long wintery day, my skin is usually crying out for relief. This is when I turn to Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray Thirsty Skin Relief for the perfect skin pick me up. A couple of spritzes of this wonder product and my skin feels rejuvenated and soft again. Best of all it isn’t oil-baed, so your face won’t get goopy and it absorbs quickly, though it works best for me when I lightly pat the excess with a tissue or towel.

Ottilie-&-Lulu-Clean-Skin-Face-Wipes.jpgSometimes we just can’t help but fall in love with products formulated for tweens. (Like any beauty product made for movies like Twilight and The Hunger Games, for example.) Enter our new favorite face wipes, Ottilie & Lulu Clean Skin Face Wipes.

These wipes are created specifically for tween skin, but that’s why we love them so much. They’re free of salicylic acid, which can be extremely drying, and are scented with delightfully refreshing rosewater.

We love that the product on these wipes isn’t greasy and that the wipes themselves feel substantial yet soft and pillowy. And hey, if these wipes help us feel like kids again, we’re all for them!

Ottilie & Lulu Clean Skin Face Wipes are $10 for a pack of 30 at
DKNY-Be-Delicious.jpgDKNY Be Delicious isn’t a new fragrance. But once in awhile, an old standby is definitely worth talking about … and this is one of our very favorite scents.

We’re enamored of the bottle shape—doesn’t it look just like a crisp, delicious apple? It reminds us of the apple the Wicked Witch makes Snow White take a bite out of.

And the scent, oh, the scent! While we don’t always love fruity fragrances, we love the notes of this one. The aforementioned apple combines with cucumber, grapefruit, candid magnolia, tuberose, white muguet, rose, violet, sandalwood, tender skin accord, blonde woods and white amber to create a scent that’s alluring, sexy, sensual and feminine all at once.

Do yourself a favor and spritz yourself with Be Delicious the next time you’re going out for a night on the town. You’ll be instantly refreshed and irresistible!

DKNY Be Delicious retails for $45-$80 at
I’m really digging how Ashlee Simpson styled her hair for the Fashion Take Note event in New York City this week. Her super-short bob looks extremely stylish and the blonde color is stunning. Her light and natural lip and cheek color only works to help accent her eyes — as all attention is keenly focused up top where her short layers fall perfectly at her beautifully smokey eyes. Well done Ms. Simpson.
