One huge perk of being Jennifer Lopez is that being at Paris Fashion Week is no big deal. The talented starlet hit the Chanel show and showed off her own flawless face. I was most drawn into her eyes, the nearly cat eye liner was so perfect for the event.

Copying this look is relatively easy. You just need a deep black gel eyeliner (like Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner), a thin tipped brush, (like Bobbi Brown Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush) and a steady hand. Start by tracing the lash line edge of your upper lid from the inner tip all the the way to outer edge. Add a little extra emphasis right at the bottom lash line of the outer lid and you have this winged look that is perfectly dramatic and yet not too much for broad daylight hours. When going for a dramatic look like this, try to keep the rest of your makeup understated, like Jennifer did.

You can get Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner for $22 at nordstrom.com and Bobbi Brown Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush for $25 at bergdorfgoodman.com.
NARS-Flowers-Eyeshadow-Palette.jpgIf you’re a beauty enthusiast, chances are you’ve heard about the NARS Andy Warhol collection … and have been dying to get your hands on it. Well, we have good news for you—the collection is finally live! And we’re here to tell you it’s just as amazing in person as you’ve been hoping it would be! Specifically the NARS Flowers Eyeshadow Palette, which caught and held our attention the moment we laid eyes on it.

There are actually three different palettes you can choose from, but we’re loving Flowers 1, with its mix of white, rose, lavender, gold, lavender grey and black shadows crafted into beautiful Warhol-esque flowers. Each of the palettes draws from Warhol’s famous silkscreen flora. Etched into the interior mirror of Flowers 1 is Warhol’s quote, “If you can convince yourself that you look fabulous, you can save yourself the trouble of primping.”

The only problem we have with this palette is that we can’t bring ourselves to actually use it! It’s just way too beautiful—and it makes us feel like we have a piece of real Warhol art in our home.

NARS Flowers 1 Eyeshadow Palette retails for $55 at sephora.com.
illamasqua-rubber-finish-nail-varnish.jpg
I’m always one for trying out a new nail trend, so Illamasqua’s Rubber Finish Nail Varnishes have my name written all over them. Sephora describes the hot new polish as “highly pigmented matte nail varnish with an innovative rubber-like finish.” Which sounds absolutely odd and amazing all at the same time. The nail varnish comes in nine different shades, but I’ve got my eye on Optimist (a soft, warm yellow color) and Kink (a deep, bottle green color). The Rubber Finish Nail Varnish claims to be chip-resistant and delivers impeccable color and a shiny, rubber-like finish. Am I the only one intrigued by this unique nail experience? Have you seen anyone sporting this hot, new product yet?

You can get Illamasqua Rubber Finish Nail Varnish for $14 at sephora.com.
Rose-Products.jpgIf we had to pick the most romantic scent in the world, we’d have to go with rose. It just evokes such a sense of beauty and, yes, romance—obviously, since it’s the flower most men give women, right? In any case, we’ve put together a little bouquet of three rose-scented products that we know you’ll adore.

Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater Bath & Shower Gel
It lathers wonderfully, it smells fantastic, and it leaves skin feeling so soft and smooth. What’s not to love?

Jurlique Rose Hand Cream
While we normally shy away from scented body lotions and creams, we make an exception for this one because it just smells too darn good not to use. The fact that it sinks into skin immediately and makes our hands feel great is just a bonus.
$25 at beauty.com

Fresh Rose FreshFace Primer
The primer we come back to again and again—not only because it smells divine, but because it makes our skin glow from within.
$36 at beauty.com
